Manhattan Pain Clinic for Back/Neck Pain, Headaches/Migraines, and Wellness

Pain Management Doctor Manhattan, KSPain management is a multi-step process. When you first come to see us for a visit, one of our chiropractors will perform an examination as well as ask about many aspects that affect your everyday health. If you experience headaches and migraines, we will ask questions about your nutrition, career, routines, habits and exercise programs. If you are suffering from back pain, we will want to know if you experienced an acute or chronic injury, or other lifestyle factors that may have caused your pain. Once we have a thorough understanding of your health history and concerns, we develop a treatment plan suited to help you reach your goals of pain regulation.

A wide range of health concerns can be improved with chiropractic care including the management of pain. When pain results from a car accident injury, overuse, everyday lifestyle habits or a sports injury, interference occurs between the spinal column, the nervous system and the rest of the body. This interference in communication is referred to as a subluxation. With your adjustment, we restore proper communication between ligaments, tendons, fascia, muscles and the spinal column.

At Nichols Chiropractic, we provide a wide array of chiropractic services to address your pain. While pain affects all of us differently, we find that common concerns of overuse result in built up scar tissue, inflammation and reduced range of motion. Our clinic strives to offer the latest research and technologies to guide our patients' experience of pain. Our office features both iTracTM Therapy and Active Release TechniquesⓇ to complement your overall chiropractic care.

Your experience of pain can be reduced by incorporating these techniques to restore range of motion by reducing inflammation and breaking down scar tissue. iTracTM Therapy, because it addresses the cervical spine, is ideal for treating neck pain and back pain to restore posture. In doing so, patients report reduced headaches and migraines. To further accentuate your healing process, we use Active Release TechniquesⓇ. Because Active Release TechniquesⓇ incorporate focused massage, the spinal support activity of tendons, ligaments and tendons is restored.

Regular chiropractic adjustments have been shown to reduce pain, improve overall range of motion and well-being. Don't let your experience of sciatica, headaches and migraines, injuries or neck pain keep you from enjoying the activities you love most. Come visit your Manhattan chiropractor to start your path toward pain free living!

  • An Apple a Day . . .
